Age from 21-27.International Customer Service Advisor Ireland (CS-04)
Candidate should be graduate, fluent in English with native accent.
Age from 18 to 30.
ADSL Technical Support (CS-Tech)
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding ADSL Service, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
• Very Good in English Language
• Preferred CCNA or MCSE Holder
• ADSL Experience is a plus
ADSL Technical Support Offshore (CS-Tech 3 )
•Bachelor Degree in Communication or Computer Engineering.
•Certified CCNA is a must.
•Certified CCIP or CCNP is preferred.
•Very good user for computer applications including Microsoft Office.
•From 1 to 2 years in customer service experience.
•Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills
