Requirements:

.Bachelor Degree in Communication or Computer Engineering.
.Certified CCNA is a must.
.Certified CCIP or CCNP is preferred.
.Very good user for computer applications including Microsoft Office.
.From 1 to 2 years in customer service experience.
.Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills.
