A company based in the UK is seeking for Member Services Agents males and females
- Contact customers over the telephone in order to make courtesy calls and open new opportunities.
- Explain products and answer customer questions over the phone, via e-mail and over the Internet.
- Obtain customer information such as name, e-mail, address and enter the information into computers.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing activities.
- Call potential customers and turn them into customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Vibrant personality
- People person
- Great command of the English language – almost native speaker
- Ability to learn
- Ability to understand and pay attention to what other people are saying
- Ability to build a relationship with people on the phone
- Taking the time to understand points being made and asking appropriate questions
- Come up with answers and solutions ‘on the fly’ to satisfy customers
- Ability to convey information effectively.
