a HR Specialist with the following Job Description:
– Prepare & maintain the master files for salaries and personnel in the payroll system/sheets
– Responsible for hiring documents.
– Have the ability to deal with Labor offices.
– Process the payroll on a monthly basis with all its entries, and variables
-Can update Data base accordingly.
-Can Design and Implement a process.
– Apply applicable taxes on the payroll and ensure compliance with any statutory laws
– Manage the interface of the attendance system with the payroll and ensure completeness
– Handle workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
– Process the final settlement of leaving employee
– Can design an organization chart.
– Develop and implement different benefits programs
– Follow up on the medical and life insurance with the service provider
– Mainly being an Excel Wizard and have the ability to deal with different nationalities.
– Experience: 2-3 Years of experience in Personnel and payroll processing mainly, with ability to manually process payroll on MS. Excel sheets.
– Excellent command of English Language.
